First off, I want to thank everyone for supporting Slack Line Jigs. It truly means a lot to a small business like mine.
Life has been incredibly busy lately between work, kids’ ball games, and everything else that comes with everyday life. Because of that, I’ve fallen behind on getting orders out. I’m working hard to catch up and appreciate everyone’s patience while I do.
To improve turnaround times moving forward, I’m making a change to how we do things. Instead of pouring and tying every order from scratch, Slack Line Jigs will be transitioning to a stocked inventory of our most popular colors. This means you’ll be able to order from a set color lineup, and I’ll have jigs ready to ship much faster.
Unfortunately, rising material costs and shipping expenses have also forced another change. Beginning soon, jig prices will increase by $1 per jig across the board. For quite a while now I’ve absorbed those increased costs because I wanted to continue supporting college and high school anglers through sponsorships and donations. The reality is I’ve been losing money doing so, and if I want to keep supporting the future of our sport, I have to make this adjustment.
The exciting news is we’re expanding the lineup! We’ll be adding 6 of the hottest jig colors and 5 of the best swim jig colors that I think you’re going to love. I promise they won’t disappoint.
