Walmart Creston Sam was a firm believer in listening to what his customers had to say. That tradition continues today. But now, it doesn’t have to end when you leave the store.

When Sam Walton opened the doors to the first Walmart in 1962, his goal was to save people money so they can live better. Through Facebook, we’re able to talk to you, find out what’s on your mind and let you know what we’re up to. It’s just another way we’re working to give the millions of families who shop at Walmart more of what they love—ways to save money and live better.

🚓🚒 A couple of surprise deliveries made their way into our community earlier this week!

Our Walmart Creston team stopped by our local PD and Fire Departments with a few goodies as a small way to say THANK YOU for everything they do for our community. 💙❤️

We’re incredibly grateful for the men and women who serve, protect, and show up when our community needs them most. We hope these surprise deliveries brought a little extra joy to their day!

Thank you for all you do! 🚓🚒💙

🎉💙 Celebrating 39 Years with Walmart! 💙🎉

Today we’re celebrating an incredible milestone as Dixie retires after 39 amazing years with Walmart! 🥳

Dixie has been part of our Creston Walmart story from the very beginning. When our store first opened its doors in Creston, Dixie transferred here and has been part of our Walmart family ever since! 💙💛

Over nearly four decades, she has served countless customers, worked alongside generations of associates, and watched our store and community grow and change.

Dixie, thank you for 39 years of dedication, hard work, and memories. Your impact on Store 1435 will be remembered for years to come!

Please join us in congratulating Dixie and wishing her a very happy and well-deserved retirement! 🎉👏💙

Happy Retirement, Dixie! You earned it! 💛

🚛 Parking Lot Update

We want to make our customers and community aware of an upcoming change to our parking lot.

For the safety of our customers, associates, and everyone traveling through our lot, truck and trailer parking, as well as overnight parking, will no longer be permitted at the Creston Walmart.

This change will help us:
• Keep driving lanes and parking areas safer and easier to navigate
• Reduce congestion and improve visibility throughout the lot
• Help prevent unnecessary wear and damage to the parking lot
• Keep parking spaces available for customers visiting our store

We understand that our parking lot has been a convenient stopping place for some travelers and drivers over the years, and we appreciate your understanding as we make this change to help protect our parking lot and provide a safer environment for everyone.

Thank you for helping us keep our store and parking lot safe and welcoming for our community! 💙
