• 🖼 Albums are posted to the VIP page mostly Monday to Friday. If the piece is in stock, it’ll be added to your bin, if not, it’ll be filled when it arrives. (please read our new releases posts)

Fashion Fix pre claim albums are posted every 1st of the month and the pieces are ordered every 5th of the month.
• Life of the Party pre claim albums are posted every 10th of the month and the pieces are ordered every 15th of the month.
• ⚠️NO PASSING ON ITEMS ONCE CLAIMED! Once the item is in your bin, it is your responsibility to pay for it.
• ⚠️PLEASE KEEP TRACK OF YOUR CLAIMS! We don’t take pictures or count the items in your bin within the week.

• 🧾 Invoices are sent via PayPal. You don’t have to have a PayPal account to pay, you can pay with any credit or debit card.
• ⚠️I INVOICE ONCE A WEEK ON TUESDAY. This is so you can have as many pieces in your bin for one shipping fee.
• ⚠️YOU HAVE UNTIL WEDNESDAY TO PAY YOUR INVOICE. Any unpaid orders after midnight on Wednesday will be canceled and all non payers will be banned from the page.

If you receive a broken item please send a message within 3 business days of receiving the package with photos showing the broken item (s). I will work on an exchange or refund at that time. NO exceptions will be made for items received beyond the 3rd day of delivery.
