💰 Pricing Structure
Commission Based Rate with percentage of revenue. There are no upfront costs.
Minimum Commission is $1,500 sale commission applies.
Cleanout Add-on is starting at $300 (if full removal is requested)
Exact commission determined after consultation based on contents, condition, and logistics.
