••••I hate that I have to make this post but because of the many occurrences, I feel I have no choice. ••••
We understand that the recent ban on THCA flower and related products has left many people frustrated, disappointed, and even angry. Those feelings are completely valid, and we genuinely empathize with everyone affected by these changes.
However, we ask that everyone remember one important thing: our employees did NOT make this decision. They have no control over state laws or the policies that resulted in these products being removed. They come to work each day to help our customers, and they deserve to be treated with kindness and respect. I tolerate zero disrespect towards them or our establishment. We are working tirelessly to bring in any and all products that we believe can help you all in similar ways.
If you're upset about the legislation, we understand wholeheartedly. We also encourage you to direct those concerns to the elected officials and policymakers who voted in favor of these changes. Our staff should never be the target of anger over decisions they had no part in making.
Here at Crossville V***r, we are committed to providing a welcoming and respectful environment for EVERYONE. We simply ask that the same respect be shown to our team. We appreciate every customer who continues to support us as we adapt to these changes together. 💚
