Our second small-batch honey harvest of the season is officially ready and available for purchase! You might notice that this batch looks and tastes completely different from our first harvest, but we promise they are both equally delicious. This natural variation happens because honey's flavor and color are deeply connected to the changes in our environment like:
• Floral Nectar: The specific types of flowers blooming when the bees forage dictate the honey’s unique palette and taste.
• Seasonal Timing: Early season vs. late summer affects the color and flavor intensity.

🌼🐝 It's Honey Bee Swarm Season! 🐝🌼

Spring is buzzing with honey bee swarms! When a colony outgrows its hive, the queen leads a group to find a new home. While swarms can contain 2,000 to 30,000 bees, they’re usually harmless and focused on relocating.

If you see a swarm around your home, please don’t approach it! Contact us right away, and we’ll safely collect and rehome them in our bee yard. We can also connect you with professionals for structural removals.
