Croton Free Library is holding a Readathon and I took the 1am spot to read from Terry Pratchett's "Guards! Guards!"
There were some treats from our friends The Black Cow Coffee Company and Little Star Pastry !

Soon, the school year will begin and we will have updated hours, but for now, here's the rest of the week!

For the next meeting of the By-the-Dam Book Club (with Little Star Pastry!) , we are reading As You Like It and planning to see a production together at Hudson Valley Shakespeare.
We have two options:
Thursday, July 30th at 7:30
Saturday, August 1st at 7:30

If you are interested (or if you know anyone not on Instagram who is!) please email [email protected] with the Subject "As You Like It". At the end of the weekend I will send out a poll to determine which date works better for everyone.

Looking forward to it!!

We have a new line of By-the-Dam Candles just in time for Mother's Day!
Three scents in these Tea-Cup candles: Rose, Spiced Oat Milk and Coffee.
Pair them with a good book and give that special person some quiet time to enjoy!
