🔥 PICTURE THIS… OCTOBER 24TH. 🔥

Right now, it’s just the entrance to the Vinemont Sports Complex… but come Saturday, October 24th, you’re going to walk through these gates into a FULL DAY of BBQ, music, shopping, cars, kids, and community. 🤩🔥

As you come through the gates…

🍖 LOOK LEFT — the field will be home to our People’s Choice BBQ, where YOU get to sample competition BBQ and help decide who takes home the win!

🎶 LOOK RIGHT — you’ll find our Main Stage with live music throughout the day, plus our Kids Zone packed with inflatables and fun for the little ones!

🔥 HEAD INTO THE PARKING LOT — and THAT’S where it really comes alive. Competition BBQ teams firing up their smokers, rows of local arts & crafts vendors, and a Classic Car Cruise-In full of beautiful rides.

The smell of BBQ in the air. Smoke rolling. Music playing. Kids running around. Vendors set up. Classic cars pulling in. Teams competing for bragging rights.

THIS is what we’ve been working toward. ❤️

We cannot wait to watch this entire complex transform for the 2026 Butcher’s Smoke & Flames BBQ Cookoff!

Alexa has been decorating The Butcher Meat Co. for the past two years, and y’all… we LOVE her! ❤️ She has such a talent for taking a space and completely transforming it, and now she’s bringing that same creativity to the FESTIVAL!

From the entrance to the stage, VIP areas, and all those little details in between, Alexa will be helping us bring the entire festival to life! 😍 We cannot wait to see her vision come together!

Obsessed is an understatement! I've been dying to do a theme like this, and it did not disappoint! 🤩🍿🎟️

I've had the privilege of making this sweet girl's baby shower banner, welcome home banner, and now her first birthday banner 🥹 it's so bittersweet to be a part of these celebrations because it's also a reminder of just how quickly times goes by! 💛

✨I have *LIMITED* availability for the rest of this month, and I will be taking a couple weeks off next month so be sure to message me for more info!
