Here is a behind the scenes look on Ms Lorene getting a skillet ready. We clean and re-season the cast iron so that it is ready to go. Often, we pull these from kitchens where they are still used but we like to know it’s ready to use when we sell them in the shop. When you buy one of hers, it’s been seasoned in her personal kitchen.
She is also training her next generation to carry this on. (Son in law in the background 🩷)
We have a great selection of skillets with a variety of price ranges.
