Before bringing your items to us, we ask that you go through them and bring only your best items. We do not accept items that are faded, stained, have missing buttons/broken zippers, garment balls, rips, tears, foul odors, pet hair, etc., or items that are out of season or out of style. Only bring items that we are currently accepting (i.e., do not bring summer when we are accepting winter).

lease make sure items are freshly laundered and stain free. If an item must be folded to fit, please only fold in half. This helps to reduce wrinkles. Shoes need to be scuff free, no holes/toes busted out, WRINKLE FREE AND CLEAN. Snap ALL snaps, zip ALL zippers, and button ALL buttons. Please remove all yard sale stickers, consignment sale tags, safety pins, and hangers! We do have a service charge of $1 per item to remove any stickers, consignment sale tags, safety pins, or hangers.
3. Beginning May 11, 2024, we are limiting the number of items you may bring to 30 pieces per day. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU CALL THE DAY YOU ARE COMING TO MAKE SURE WE ARE STILL ACCEPTING ITEMS. The 30-item per day limit includes toys, bottles, towels, shoes, socks, 2-piece outfits, bibs, etc. A 2-piece outfit counts as 1 piece. Socks and shoes will also only count as one piece. We are limited in rack space/storage and this allows us to serve each of our consignors fairly.
4. We charge a $10 consignor fee on all new accounts. This is deducted from the first $10 you sell in our store. You do not pay this again unless your account becomes inactive. To avoid inactive status, all you have to do is consign 1 item every 365 days.
5. You receive 40% of the contracted price. If shoes are dirty and need cleaning, consignor will receive as little as 20% of the contracted price. We conduct sales periodically and your items are part of those sales.
6. Once items are priced, tagged, and out on the floor for sale, you understand that there will be a $1 per item charge to pick them up before the 90 day consignment period is over.
7. Bubble Gum & Blue Jeans IS NOT liable for any damage or loss due to shoplifting, theft, fire, flood, or any other unforeseen circumstance.
8. People want to know that things they are buying work. Items that require batteries to work must have batteries in them. If we replace the batteries anytime that an item is out for sale, we will debit your account $1 per battery.
9. All baby equipment, toys, etc., must come in clean AND in working order AND MUST INCLUDE ALL PARTS/PIECES. If we have to clean them up or wash covers, you will only receive 20-30% of the contracted price. ***NOTE: we are extremely picky ☺…
10. After items have been out on the floor for 90 days, you have the option to donate any unsold items. If you’d like your items back, you will be responsible for coming to the store and pulling your items the week after your consignment contract ends. WE WILL NOT SEND OUT REMINDER EMAILS/TEXTS/CALLS. It is your responsibility to come pull your stuff ☺. Items not picked up during the 7-day pick-up window will be disposed of at the discretion of Bubble Gum & Blue Jeans.
