Because when it rains, it pours, my laser is under the weather and currently getting replacement parts and diagnostic work done. Diamond tip engraving, and heat press work are still good to go, but items or jobs that demand my laser are unfortunately bumped until this issue gets resolved. I appreciate any patience and understanding during this ever growing stressful time of mine.

The finest man, dad, and engraving teacher I could have asked for, passed away in his sleep around 1am today. I will continue to try to take care of orders and engraving needs over the next few weeks. Thank you pops. Wouldn't have gotten this far in this business without you. Another transparency post! I have not, do not, and will not us A.I. for ANYTHING in this business. Every email and text you get is sent by me. Every proof you receive is revised and reviewed by me and you. If i can't edit a picture how i need it to be for my engraving software, i will pay a local, talented tattoo artist to work on it for me, and then i will rework it in my software for engraving after they are done. I will always, adamantly be human effort and creation. You can search my computers for days, and the only "AI" files you'll ever find, are Adobe Illustrator. đŸ˜‰

This is a bit of a, "full transparency" post. I will continue to try to offer free pick ups and deliveries to as many customers as possible, but know that this is what will be going in my tank, 2-3 times a week for my delivery truck. I will be trying to consolidate more of my orders so I'm going to more similar places at the same time. I have also tried my best to keep prices from being raised on my end, despite the rising costs I'm just eating, and trying not to pass on to my customers. At the end of the day, while i am a business man, I'm trying my best to maintain an honorable and clear relationship with my customers.
