Years ago I watched a documentary (Jiro Dreams of Sushi) in which the chef said “once you decide on your occupation you must immerse yourself in your work, and you must dedicate your life to mastering your skill to be the best.” If you know me-those words rang bells for me.

They say the best pizza comes from New York and Italy. Welp last month was NY so I decided why not today be Italy. This pilgrimage is to better understand my newly acquired career pivot at a pizzolo, and taste the best in the world because why not. 🤷🏽‍♂️

It’s Friday so you know what that means - I’m back at in Culver City this evening from 5:00-7:30pm (or until I sell out)! It’s a beautiful day for a little fresh-baked pizza if I do say so myself!

It’s Thursday folks and you know what that means! It’s time for my weekly pop-up over at in Culver City!

I’ll be there this evening and tomorrow from 5:00-7:30pm (or until I sell out). I’ll also be handing out the LIMITED EDITION Brandoni Pepperoni cards this evening - this is the first of five custom cards I’ll be giving out to everyone who orders a pizza at my weekly pop-up.
