It’s a toasty Thursday out there, and we just wanted to share this month’s pick from One More Chapter Book Club!

Yall, we’re posting a bit late this Saturday, but we’ve been busy, busy, busy.

However, we have our August Display up, and we have a new series on legendary monsters and cryptids from different regions of the US.

Also, since it’s August 1st today is the end of our summer bingo.

You can bring in your digital or paper cards anytime we’re open! Tonight, we’ll be open until 8:00 pm.

As always, you all stay cool out there and don’t forget to wash your hands. 🖤

Today we’re at the Harlan County Public Library for a paint party. Handing out books and enjoying snacks.

So if you’re a high school student and wanna paint with us, we’ll be here until 4:00 pm!

If y'all have High School Seniors, or high school students, the painting party continues this week at the Harlan County Public Library.

We will be offering books and treat bags again, along with some mediocre painting advice. So, if you're feeling crafty, (And are in High School) come join us Wednesday 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm! 🖤

Last-minute plans for those who couldn't make it to Rebecca Caudill Public Library's fun Senior party over the weekend! If you know a high school senior who wants to share in the senior jeans tradition, please let them know about this event!
This Wednesday, July 29th, 1pm-4pm at the Harlan County Public Library

Just bring your own pair of jeans, and we'll take care of the rest!
High school underclassmen are also welcome to join us to paint a tote bag, shirt, or any other item they'd like to bring.

The Book Bizarre will also have free books for participants to choose from! One last summer read before school!

Y’all, it’s a lovely Thursday out there today, but we’ve been busy going through a harrowing amount of books.

However, we do have some processed and on the shelves, and others on the New Arrivals shelf.

We are also having a sale on YA Books and Thrillers / Mysteries. 20% off both Genres. Those will run until we are no longer drowning in those particular titles.

So, come see what’s new, used, and new to you. 🖤

It’s a lovely Wednesday out today, and we’ve resumed our regularly scheduled program.

Wanna know what we’ve added since our “vacation”?

- 3 New Bookshelves (still disassembled in their boxes)

- New manga (still in the box it was delivered in.)

- A slew of used books. (Currently traveling through the U.S. Postal System.)

Our back room? Still a mess.

0/10 Would not recommend vacation again. 😌

We just wanted to let y’all know we will be closed this week for “vacation” (July 8th-July 11th).
