Two weeks before opening, and someone finally asks me: where are the TVs going?
I hear this more than you'd think. Restaurant owners spend months on the menu, the kitchen equipment, the exact right barstools, and the AV system gets pushed to the bottom of the list, right up until the walls are already painted and it's too late to do it cheap.
I tell every new client the same thing: anybody that's building a commercial building or a home, make sure you wire for the future. I worked with one restaurant that opened with six TVs. Within a year, game days had gotten so big they doubled it to twelve, and because the wiring was already there, the upgrade took a few days instead of tearing open a wall that had just been painted.
That's the difference between planning AV before construction and scrambling after. Opening day should be about your food, your staff, and your guests, not a TV that won't turn on.
I put together a full checklist covering the network, the equipment rack, the timeline, and the budget, everything to sort out before you break ground.
Read the checklist, then let's talk before you close a single wall.
