Good day everyone! A few administrative things today since it’s dreary and stormy out , not a lot of fishing going on. As you know, we are doing a little cleaning here around the shop and we are working diligently on our backyard. If you have not contacted us already to make arrangements concerning boats and boat trailers that you have stored here, please do so at your earliest convenience. I would like to have everything pulled and cleaned out by mid-November. And looking forward to next season , as of right now I do not plan on having the property available as a storage facility so plan accordingly.
Thank you to everyone for all the well wishes and we look forward to seeing you in the near future. And if you have fish here still, come and get it before we eat it!!!

At the close of business today, September 8th, Butch and Dennys will be closing its doors. after 23 years of serving the Lake Erie fishing community we have decided to sell. We want to thank all of our loyal amazing customers who have kept us in business over the years. You all have brought a ton of joy, laughter and smiles over the years. Our staff and cutters will still be around so keep coming in! The store will be reopening as Maumee Tackle Lakeside. Once again, thank you for your loyalty over the years!
