Have you been thinking about trying yoga but aren’t sure where to start? Vinyasa Flow is a welcoming practice for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Every class can be adapted to meet you exactly where you are.

What is Vinyasa Flow Yoga?
Vinyasa is often called a “moving meditation.” Breath and movement are linked together as you flow from one pose to the next, creating a practice that builds strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. No two classes are exactly the same, making each practice fresh, engaging, and enjoyable.
