We are two mothers and grandmothers who have spent years feeding our children, grandchildren, neices, nephews, friends, family and neighbors. We love the work and reward that comes from feeding our loved ones just as we love our home and community here in Southeast Louisiana. The unique and rich flavors found in our food here are unlike anything else in the world-just like our culture and people. This is a really long video, but it does show how if you don't have a special tool that costs 30 bucks you can use the $1.25 tool to shave your soap in order to give a clean edges and a smooth surface. Also, I give a little chat about sanitation
