Today, Kona’s Crafting Corner takes a moment to remember a day that changed our country forever.
We remember the innocent lives taken far too soon. We remember the families who said goodbye to loved ones and never got the chance to say it again. We remember the firefighters, police officers, first responders, military members, and ordinary people who showed extraordinary courage in the face of unimaginable tragedy.
We remember the sacrifices, the bravery, the heartbreak, and the countless acts of kindness that followed.
Twenty-five years later, their stories still matter. Their lives still matter. Their families still carry their memories in their hearts.
May we never forget those we lost, those who served, and those whose lives were forever changed.
