THE INSTITUTE IS OPEN!!! Until 7pm today! We have some early Beatles bootlegs in! Come out and brave the rain! Did George Washington turn around on the Potomac just because of a little rain? The answer, my friends, is: NO! NO, HE DIDN’T TURN THE BOAT AROUND. HE WENT TO THE RECORD STORE. And that is the story of how he beat the Red Coats. This weekend is the Cynthiana Honey Festival! 🍯🐝

We’ve got yet another themed giveaway and some delicious specials. On Saturday, come snag:
* Our homemade popsicles! They come in three flavors: Strawberry Rhubarb Lemonade, Oddville latte (brown sugar and vanilla) and Peachy Keen.
* Salted Honey Latte- local honey & a pinch of Himalayan salt
* Honey Lavender Latte- local honey and lavender syrup

As promised, our spookily good fall menu drops TOMORROW! Our first day open and the first day of September. What a lovely day ahead!

A mix of our classic fall fan favorites and a couple of new add-ons are hitting our shop tomorrow. We’ve got:
🎃 Aeolian Hall Latte: our take on a classic PSL made with our homemade pumpkin syrup
🍏 Seldon Renaker Latte: a latte made with our homemade apple crisp syrup made with apples from Stepping Stone Farm
🍌 Lady in White Latte: a latte made with our homemade caramelized banana syrup and topped with whip.
🍋 C***r Lemonade: local Stepping Stone Apple C***r paired with our hand-squeezed lemonade
🍁 Pumpkin Roll Cold Brew: cold brew made with our homemade pumpkin syrup and topped with a sweet cream cheese cold foam
🥧 Old Log Cabin Chai: our organic masala chai mixed with butter pecan and caramel flavors, topped with a toasted marshmallow cold foam
🥯 Apple Cinnamon Bagel w/ Maple Cream Cheese Schmear
