Despite the heat, we're thinking fall ya'll!

Blessed & Distressed will be at several markets in the next few months with plenty of unique, shabby chic, vintage or vintage flair items to love. Find the perfect decoration for any of the upcoming holidays. Be the best guest with a special hostess gift. Or just come see us because you love us! We'll have Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas decor; patriotic and religious decor, including our hymnal blocks -- plus we'll take custom orders in advance! We'll post pics as we get closer - there are so many pretty old spindles, bannisters, spools, crystal bowls and cups, metal turbines, brass candlesticks, railroad insulator caps, and iron pieces that we're working with to create fresh new pieces. Comment and tell us what your favorite thing is you've seen us create, and come see us at one of the below shows to get a start on your holiday shopping!

Blessed & Distressed will be here again this year! The Judy Dierker Holiday Market was such a special opportunity for us to support our church and community, and we’re so excited to be back this year - September 18-19. We’ll have much of the same unique, shabby chic, vintage repurposed or inspired holiday and religious decor. Pics to come!

Come see us - in Education Building, Room 121 - and find that perfect piece of holiday decor or hostess/holiday gift!

(And watch for the girls in the pic eating their snacks at last year’s market. They just might make another appearance - and this year they want to be salesman!)

Ravensway is a historic community - believed to be on land where General Sam Houston (nicknamed The Raven) and his troops camped in March 1836, during their strategic retreat from Gonzales. Now 190 years later, it’s hosting its first Chili Cook-Off and Craft Fest!

Blessed & Distressed will be set up with farm, rodeo, spring, and Easter items. Grab a new hymnal block or check out the large selection and find your favorite hymn. They make great wedding, birthday, hostess, and even baby shower gifts! Check out the wide selection of salt and pepper shaker tassels - they make a fun, personalized addition to a bottle of w**e for a hostess gift, or (if you’re like us and keep up a Christmas tree year-round for different holidays) they double as a tree ornament! And can we talk about how cute these bunnies and chicks are! Easter may be our favorite time of year!

Come see us at the Ravensway Clubhouse from 11-4 Saturday, March 21. Free to shop, $5 to eat!

It’s RODEO craft market day at Ashelynn Manor and we’re set up with rustic unique shabby chic farm and Easter decor! It’s a beautiful crisp day perfect for a ride in the countryside - with a stop at this beautiful property for some shopping. There are vendors here with honey, chamoy snacks, custom cowgirl hats, candles, farm fresh eggs, candles, textiles, jewelry, flowers, crochet stuffies, and homemade tamales!

Come see us at 25276 Nichole Sawmill in Magnolia. We’re here til 3!

Is your social calendar hotter than a cup of cocoa by the fireplace? Don’t show up empty handed! We have cute shaker tassels that make excellent hostess gifts - they can be hung as a tree ornament, hung on a w**e bottle as an added touch of charm, or hung on a cabinet k**b for year-round display.

Is your mantle missing that perfect sentimental touch? Grab a hymnal block with your favorite hymn or Christmas carol. Better yet - get one for yourself and to give to someone who would love a one of a kind display piece. They’d make great teacher gifts too!

And we’ll do custom orders too!
