I get your items out as quickly as possible while doing quality work for you. I complete and ship in stock items within 2-3 business days. Custom orders ship in 3-5 business days depending on the size of the order and item. Large custom orders will vary with size, I will quote you a time frame. Refunds and Exchanges:
All sales are final do to the custom nature of most items. If a problem does occur please contact me immediately so I can find a solution. A picture of the item may be requested for proof of damage or mistake. Order cancellation and refunds may be requested for items not yet in production. Once an item has been personalized, it cannot be refunded or returned unless in case of damage or my mistakes. If needed, be sure and request the turnaround times before purchasing.
