🌮Easy Cheesy Taco Cups!🌮

These little taco cups are crispy, cheesy, and SO easy! Perfect for dinner, parties, game day, or a fun Taco Tuesday! 😋

Ingredients:
• 12 small flour tortillas
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 packet taco seasoning
• 1/3 cup water
• 1 cup refried beans
• 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
• Cooking spray

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly spray a 12-cup muffin pan.
2. Brown the ground beef, drain, then add taco seasoning and water. Simmer for a few minutes.
3. Warm the tortillas slightly so they’re flexible, then gently press one into each muffin cup.
4. Add a spoonful of refried beans, followed by seasoned taco meat.
5. Sprinkle generously with cheddar cheese. 🧀
6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the tortilla edges are golden and crispy and the cheese is melted.
7. Let cool for a few minutes, then pop them out and add your favorite toppings!

💕 Try sour cream, salsa, guacamole, tomatoes, lettuce, jalapeños, or cilantro on top.
