New Dairy in The Shed! 🥛 Head to The Shed this weekend to welcome Ramsey Dairy as they bring their East Texas farm products to the Dallas Farmers Market. Family-run since 1968, the operation shifted in 2025 from large-scale milk production to a smaller, more hands-on approach, now milking fewer than 30 cows and selling fresh dairy directly from the farm.

Rooted in a deep commitment to knowing where food comes from, the Ramsey family’s return to generational dairy farming reflects both tradition and purpose at a time when family farms are increasingly rare. Visitors to The Shed can now enjoy their fresh, locally made dairy products alongside a selection of goods sourced primarily from East Texas makers and producers.

Turn up the flavor by creating your very own masterpiece at our Build Your Own Hot Sauce Bar on Saturday, August 29, at 10:30 a.m., and Sunday, August 30, at 11:00 a.m. 🌶️ We kick things off with a bold buffalo base, then it’s all about you. Layer in garlic, honey, hot chilis, lime, pineapple, fresh herbs, and more to find your perfect level of heat. Each 5 oz bottle includes a custom label so you can name your creation (heat warning optional) and a recipe card to recreate the magic at home. Tickets are $10, but the first five spice lovers get to bottle theirs for free. Just remember, things are getting hot in here, so chill your sauce in the fridge after you make it. 🔥
