The Assistant Boutique Team Leader must have a strong emphasis on guest service, product and visual merchandising and be an effective problem solver. Assistant must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Assistant must supervise boutique opening and closing procedure as well as balance multiple priorities and have basic computer skills in Microsoft, Excel and Outlook. Must be able to work alone and carry up to 35 pounds.
