Mari Designs Fancy Fashionable and Fabulous handmade costume jewelry that will put a smile on your day. I started this business when I was 10-years-old. I am now 11.

I have 2 employees: my 9-year-old brother and my mom. The proceeds from certain items benefit charity. I call this Advocacy Jewelry. I have Sickle Cell Awareness items that benefit DFW Sickle Cell Kids Crew because both of my brothers have Sickle Cell Disease, and I have blue birds that benefit Ovarian Cancer Research in honor of my best friend's grandma. I plan to add more items with causes to my

Advocacy Jewelry. I also plan to add items for sports moms like baseballs, basketballs, etc. I want to expand on my school spirit items (school colors, simple mascots). This business is helping me to raise money for college. I think I want to be a nurse because I care for people.
