Some of the deepest work has done in me happened where nobody could clap for it, validate it, repost it, or even understand it. 💜 And whewww… pressure will tell on the root system EVERY TIME. 😮‍💨🔥

🗣️ A STORM DOESN’T MANUFACTURE ROOTS.
IT REVEALS WHETHER THE ROOT SYSTEM CAN HOLD.

So if you’re in a season where everything visible feels shaky, don’t panic just yet.
✅ Check the roots.
✅ Check your prayer life.
✅ Check your identity.
✅ Check what you actually believe.
✅ Check whether you’re rooted in GOD or rooted in applause, comfort, people, outcomes, or control. 👀

you’re just tired of getting excited and getting disappointed. 😩💔

Still handle business. 🧱
Still take care of people. ❤️

But deep down, part of you be like…

“God… I don’t even wanna get my hopes up this time.”

WHEWWWWW 😭

That’s why Luke 1:13 hit me the way it did:

Because Zechariah had prayed so long that by the time the answer came, expectation was .

And babyyyyyy THAT is real life. 😭

You can still love and be tired.
You can still obey and be disappointed.

“God, disappointment has taught parts of me not to expect anymore. I’m still here. I’m still listening. I’m still serving. Help my expectation heal while I obey.” 🙏🏾💜🔥
