Emerald energy feels like coming home to yourself đź’š

It’s May’s birthstone, but more than that, emerald has long been associated with love, compassion, courage, healing, and heart-centered transformation.

A stone of the heart chakra, emerald carries a gentle water-element energy — supportive and flowing, encouraging us to become aware of what edges are in need of softening, helping us reconnect with what matters most.

This reminds me of the Rumi quote, “Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.”

Breathe that one in, sweet friends. It feels like a big soft exhale to me.

I’ve been weaving this energy into verdant Emerald Aura Threaders and Emerald Solitaire Necklaces, and every time I work with these stones they feel like a quiet reminder to lead with the heart.

Life has been life-ing, and the weather has been weather-ing, but I’m staying hopeful.

I’ve been doing my best to find moments to pause, rest, renew and recharge. A full night of sleep here and there, prioritizing meditation, movement practice and writing again, savoring tea with honey. Thankful for a full night of sleep and sweet friends helping to refill my cups. Thankful to mamma Earth for holding us all.

As you can see, my desk is a clean slate today, accompanied by multiple beverages ~ because hydration and caffeination remain a winning combination.

Amethyst supports clarity and stress relief, helping quiet the noise so you can hear what really matters. It’s a stone I reach for when I want to clear the signal, for grounded intuition and gentle energetic support. I’m breathing with amethyst energy today.
