Abbey Luby - Celebrate Well Equipping women with the resources to live a well celebrated life. I tried to do it all, and all perfectly, with a newborn.

In 2015, my husband and I packed up our lives and moved from Texas to Iowa, not knowing a single soul. A month later, I gave birth to a baby girl and so started my journey to make this life of ours one of meaning and connection in our new community. We hosted at least 50+ people in our home that first year, many of which were overnight guests. With the arrival of each friend or family member, I found myself loving the challenge of making them feel welcome, warm and invited into our home, but I was a mess. In effort to save my sanity, I started creating ideas and ways to be hospitable without overextending myself; buying pre-made, simplifying meals, and adjusting my expectations. After years of working with the best of the best wedding planners and brides, I am thrilled to expand my designing to all types celebrations and share what I’ve learned about how to create a life of less prep and more party!
