Dezine News Accessories is growing, and we’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team!

DNA is a fashion design and wholesale company that supplies the nation’s leading retailers with private label fashion accessories. We take trends from runway to retail, bringing products from concept to creation while delivering a tailored buying experience for our customers.

This role is ideal for someone with some professional experience who wants to grow their career in the fashion, retail, or wholesale industry.

The Sales Coordinator supports our Sales team by managing orders, maintaining customer systems, preparing reports, and helping ensure a smooth experience for both internal teams and retail partners.

📊 Key Skill:
We’re looking for someone with strong Excel knowledge — especially Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP for reporting, tracking, and analysis.

In this role you will:
• Support customer accounts and order management
• Maintain product and order information across customer portals
• Track inventory and replenishment needs
• Prepare reports and sales documents using Excel
• Coordinate samples, milestone meetings, and product launches
• Work closely with sales, graphics, and product teams

We’re looking for someone who is:
✔ Detail-oriented and organized
✔ Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
