We’re hosting a hands-on Big Green Egg cooking class with Mike McCoy outside of our Frisco showroom under the Egg tents — and there are still a few spots left.

Mike will be cooking:

• Bacon Wrapped Oreos
• Sous vide + grilled tenderloin sliders with blue cheese aioli, pickled onions, and arugula on toasted brioche buns
• Pulled Pork & Bacon Jam Sliders on King’s Hawaiian Rolls

We’ll also have snacks, cold drinks, Saint Arnold beer, and plenty of Egg talk throughout the class.
