Market in the Meadow at FMMS 2026 Market in the Meadow dates will be announced soon!! All proceeds from Market in the Meadow benefit the Forest Meadow Jr. High PTA. Forest Meadow Jr.

Market in the Meadow is a Holiday Gift Sale presenting over 180 booths with unique gifts and specialty merchandise from a variety of vendors. High is located in Lake Highlands and is part of the Richardson Independent School District. We hope you will join us for a fabulous shopping experience this fall! In addition to great shopping, Market in the Meadow offers the Charger Cafe, featuring delicious snack and lunch items from some of our favorite local restaurants. You'll want to stop by the Bake Sale early to purchase baked goods prepared by our wonderful volunteers - they go quickly! Entertainment is provided throughout the day by our local junior high and high school bands, choirs, cheerleaders, drill teams, and dance teams.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible moms in our Market in the Meadow community — the vendors, shoppers, planners, bakers, creators, and supporters who make this event so special year after year. We are so grateful for each of you and hope your day is filled with love, laughter, and celebration.

And a special shoutout to this amazing group of women who graciously volunteer their time and talents to help plan this year’s Market in the Meadow. This round is for returning vendors who want the SAME booth.

Hey Vendors……..Mark your calendars!!!!! Vendor Registration will open in 3 Rounds.

🌿ROUND 1: FEBRUARY 9th - Returning vendors who would like to reserve their same booth (booth prices are subject to change)

🌿ROUND 2: FEBRUARY 17th - Returning vendors who would like to reserve a different booth

🌿ROUND 3: MARCH 2nd - Vendor Registration opens to the public

*Booths are available on a first come, first serve basis and are subject to approval by the organizing committee.

Let us know if you have any questions regarding booth locations. Booth map and prices will be available soon on our website, we are currently in the process of adding more booths to the cafeteria.
