We have been making these every time we have left over bagels. We will be bringing some sourdough bagels to The Homespun Festival. You'll have to cut your own bagels for the chips, but here are some clues.

Hello friends & neighbors,

🍂 Arcane Oven is headed to Rockmart! 🍞

We’re excited to be part of the 46th Annual Rockmart Homespun Festival on Saturday, October 3, from 10 AM–5 PM!

With cooler weather finally on the way, we’re bringing plenty of bread worth taking home:

🥖 Our classic Artisan Loaves
🌶️ Jalapeño Cheddar
🍯 Honey Oat
🍞 And just a few Marble Rye loaves — perfect for soup-and-sandwich weather!

We’ll also have fresh bagels, three flavors of cinnamon rolls, and a few special sweet breads coming out of the Arcane Oven.

This may be one of our last big events of the year, so come spend the day at Homespun, enjoy the festival, and stop by to see us. We’d love to send you home with something freshly baked.

Hello friends and neighbors....

Sorry we didn't get more pictures, but these didn't last long. Made from the Everything But the Bagel Sourdough loaf, half these croutons vanished into thin air, the other half Made it into a Caesar Salad.

Just a few orders going out today. We are headed to our favorite drop off and gaming spot tonight. Come check out Infinite Games LLC and maybe pick up a cinnamon roll while you shop your next favorite hobby.

Hello friends & neighbors, We're still recovering from DragonCon, but we're still practicing pastries. we will have a new Menu up later this week with a few of our usual and a couple new things.

these aren't the prettiest things we've made, but the sweet enriched dough is turning out nice. Need more shaping practice.

Hello friends & neighbors,

We're back to experimenting. We're testing out our washes on the milk bread buns. The crust is shinier with the egg wash with just a bit more crust. Milk wash is not as shiny but seems still beautiful color and that pillowy texture.

We're still on a baking business break for this week---DragonCon---but we're getting excited for the Fall Season. It was great to see the awesome people at the last Dallas Georgia Farmers Market today.

Angela Sincore | Sourdough & Tallow dropped a reel and recipe on these as we were about to toss stale bagels...perfect timing.

We made garlic bagel chips and they are as good as you would hope.

Hello friends & neighbors,

The rosemary plants have been doing well the past couple weeks, so we were glad to make a couple loaves using an alternative method for the inclusions.

That said, we've determined roasting the whole head of garlic and squeezing it out is better than roasting individual cloves. Also, it is incredibly satisfying.
