The Grinch is coming to Olmo Market!

Join us on December 14th from 2pm to 4pm for a free meet & greet and photo op with The Grinch, himself. This will be open to all ages, so come with the whole family. We’ll also be serving free hot chocolate while supplies last to keep everyone warm and happy.

It’s a simple way to add a little holiday cheer to your weekend and a fun break this season. We hope to see you and the family!

CocoAndre Chocolatier has been named Best Chocolatier in Dallas for 2025 by D Magazine. This is our sixth time receiving this recognition and our hearts are so full.

When we started Cocoandre back in 2009, we had no idea how far love, tradition, and chocolate could take us. We simply wanted to share a piece of our culture and create a place where everyone felt welcome. You helped turn that little dream into a home for so many moments; birthdays, holidays, breakups, celebrations, and so many other shared memories.

Awards like this remind us how powerful a community can be. You chose us. You supported us. You keep showing up for a small family owned business in the heart of Oak Cliff. Because of you, we get to do what we love every single day.

Thank you for trusting us with your memories. Thank you for letting us continue to grow while staying true to who we are. We are deeply grateful, and we’ll never take this for granted. We love you all.

Your encouragement, your visits, your voices, it all matters! We’re honored to be featured and even more excited to keep showing up with intention, flavor, and purpose.

Thank you to Yelp and the Fort Worth Star Telegram for shining a light on our story and helping share what we do with even more people. We’re proud to represent Oak Cliff and grateful for every single one of you who’s been part of this journey. Here’s to growth, gratitude, and showing up together.

We are only a little over twenty-four hours away from Dia de Los Mu***os Oak Cliff 2025 presented by Lisinski Law.

We’re excited to share some of the line up prepared for everything that will be joining us on Saturday, November 1st from 4pm to 9pm @ 423 Centre St.

We’ll start off with our DJ’s but to call them dj’s is an understatement, more like masters of ceremony. They know how to keep the crowd moving and having a good time.

What would a Dia de Los Mu***os Oak Cliff celebration be with some amazing performance by Deja Dubois and Emeka! We can’t wait to see their performance.

Making their Dia de Los Mu***os Oak Cliff debut, Write Handed will be in attendance. Write Handed is a creative team based in Dallas, TX. Their goal is to share their work and knowledge with our community and expose younger generations to the art of lettering.

Lastly but not least, it wouldn’t be right to have our celebration without Alegre Ballet Folklorico and Cuicani In Xochitl. We’re so grateful to have them join us once again.

We’re so excited and honored to hit our 15 year anniversary (our Quiceañera) of hosting Dia de Los Mu***os Oak Cliff. Everyone’s support and attendance doesn’t go unnoticed. We appreciate our community and we will continue to push forward and stand by our community.

This year, we’re teaming up with the Oak Cliff Cultural Center and Somos Loud to bring you a night filled with tradition, music, art, and community.
