"We leased here for a year and this property was absolutely the best out of 5 properties in 5 years!! Quiet and mostly sparkling clean except for on busy pool weekends. This place is located in Dallas Farmers Market which does draw folks on the weekends and makes for a high traffic parking garage. My only criticism is we were only offered one parking space behind the gate. We paid for an additional space in non-gated.." says Priscilla on Google

"We love the maintenance team here. They are all very friendly and very down to earth people. They are responsive and are more than available when we need. Any issues are addressed within 24 hours usually, unless it’s a holiday weekend or something but other than that no issues with repairs! I love this building and staff they are all always willing to help and have smiles on their faces!" says Nicole on Google
