A Little Winter Market Sneak Peek 👀

The Market at Fiddle Farms is bringing together local makers, growers, bakers, artisans—and plenty of delicious reasons to shop local!

One of the many local vendors you'll want to visit is Sweet & Simple. Marianne brings a taste of her Belgian and French heritage to Dalton with authentic Belgian waffles, breads, and baked specialties—all made from scratch with thoughtfully chosen ingredients. 🧇🥐

🌿🎉 Something muy especial is coming to Fiddleheads… 🎉🌿

Our next Plant BINGO is getting a Lotería makeover! 🌵🌺

In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Fest, we’re putting a planty spin on this classic game for a night full of plants, laughs, friendly competition, and a little ¡Dale! energy. 💃🪴

Fronds … the tricolor mums are LIVE! 🌼🍂

These are GOOD.

They’re big 12" mums with three colors growing together in one pot, and we have two mixes this year:

💜 Ursula Fancy — orange + yellow + lavender
🩷 Jacqueline — hot pink + orange + yellow

We really don’t know which one we like better. 😂

These will be ready for pickup in early September, and we only have a limited number coming. If mums are part of your fall porch plans, don't wait too long on these.

This little frond has been cheering for Fiddleheads since the beginning. 🌿🙌

Throwback to Brice, Sam and Carrie’s oldest son, who has grown up right here at Fiddleheads. Many of you have watched him run, ride and explore his way around the greenhouse since he could walk. And somehow, he’s in middle school now! 💚

This first picture pretty much sums up how Brice feels about Fiddleheads — and we hope our fronds feel the same way.

Our goal has always been simple: we want you to leave Fiddleheads a little happier than when you arrived. 🪴

Fiddleheads Garden Center .
Yep you read it right !
Will stock up 2 x / week ( Tuesdays and Fridays)
On Tuesdays: The stand will offer
- [ ] French Baguettes
- [ ] Liege Pearl Sugar Waffles
- [ ] French Brioche .(melt in you mouth sweet & fluffy buttery bread )
- [ ] Einkorn sourdough loaves (Ancient grains , low gluten, packed with minerals and anti-inflammatory properties)
- [ ] Brown butter Madeleines
- [ ] Belgian choc drizzle vanilla galettes ( cookie waffles)
- [ ] Belgian chocolate & pistachio cookies with a touch of sea salt

On Fridays,
You’ll get to grab all your favorite Authentic French Viennoiseries for the weekend.
- [ ] Pure butter Croissants
- [ ] Almond Croissants
- [ ] Pains au Chocolat ( belgian choc croissant)
- [ ] Cinnamon , Nutella ,
Or pistachio croissant
Will also have occasional seasonal items that will be announced on this page as they come .

Fronds… our last Plant BINGO was an absolute BLAST. 😂🪴 And if you can’t tell from this video, Carrie and Sam were having just as much fun as everybody else. 🤣

So naturally, we have to do it again!

Our next Plant BINGO is September 26 during Hispanic Heritage Fest, and this one is going to have a special twist. 👀 We’ll be playing Lotería! 🌺🎉

Tickets will drop FIRST to our SMS + Email Club fronds before we announce them on social media—and these tend to go fast!

We’re counting down to Winter Market season! 🌿

The Market at Fiddle Farms is back this fall, and we’re filling the Fiddleheads greenhouses with local growers, bakers, makers, and small businesses two Saturdays a month.

One of the vendors joining us this season is Button’s Biscuits from Chattanooga, bringing artisan pastries, fruit spreads, cookies, and more. And they’re just one of the many vendors we can’t wait for you to shop!
