Per Georgia Executive Order 04.02.02.01; Eton, Murray and Chatsworth Emergency Guidelines; CDC and Public Health guidelines:

Rogers Appliance Service is limiting services at our physical store location of 73 Old CCC Camp Rd. Located in Eton, Georgia.

New Guidelines and Policies.

• Public access to our location is being limited due to the current health emergency. Please Call if you need any information or service.

• Service Calls will be continued. However, In-Home Service Calls that may require extensive time in a private resident shall be requested that the Item to be repaired will be moved to our Repair Office in Eton, Georgia. No additional costs will be added for the removal and reinstallation of Items repaired. This is simply to limit the public contact from our technicians.

• Service Calls will be scheduled to allow adequate time for technicians to sanitize themselves, tools and equipment between calls.

• Customers may continue to drop off Items for repair, purchase parts and appliances and pickup items at our physical location. We request that only one person per vehicle may enter the premises to complete purchase and repair forms. Technicians will assist with unloading and loading. However, Customers are required to secure the load for transport.

• To limit the contamination by cash or credit card signature pads, we now offer the ability to pay by invoice through PayPal by providing your E-mail address.

• 10 individuals or less are allowed at our location and all individuals must maintain at least 6 feet from each other. All physical contact is prohibited. (shaking hands, hugging. Etc.)

• We request that you bear with us during this health emergency as shipping of parts may be extended, which will cause a delay in some repairs.
