Right now, the streets are quiet but in just a bit this little trail town will come to life. ☀️

Today is a Day in Damascus - 36 experiences happening throughout town, all in one day.

As of the time of this post, everything is scheduled to take place as planned, other than the walking history tour at 2 & 4pm. If you notice an activity was changed a bit or not happening, it simply means the person or business hosting it needed to adjust. 🧡

Whether you’re here for great food, live music, shopping, art, outdoor adventure, or simply wandering through town, we hope you discover something unexpected.

This year is especially meaningful as Damascus joins the Virginia Highlands Festival for the very first time in the festival’s 77-year history, a new chapter that brings the festival experience into Virginia’s Trail Town.
