We are in unprecedented territory Ladies and Gentleman!!!! A court case regarding supressors, SBS (short barrel sh****ns) and SBR (short Barreled Ri**es) no longer being covered under the NFA since the big beautiful bill removed the tax for those stamps. The ATF and the Fed govt had till 5pm to appeal this case......THAT DEADLINE HAS PASSED!!!!! What does that mean for our local customers here in IL? Right now nothing. But we are heading down a road where things getting taken off the NFA and that will make it harder for IL to continue to ban them as they will just be arms like a handgun or sh***un. We will keep you posted on any changes that come up!!!!!
