Hey everybody,
I first want to say thank you to everyone who has been a part of Rustic Roots. Whether you were a customer, a vendor, a supporter, or simply someone who stopped in to see what we had to offer, you helped make Rustic Roots what it was.

I believe I have personally contacted every vendor who had products in the store. However, if you have not heard from me, I sincerely apologize. If you had items at Rustic Roots, please send me a text message (517)-928-4257 with your name, business name, and the products you had in the store so I can make sure everyone is accounted for.

Although the storefront is gone, and finally getting taken care of. The vision behind Rustic Roots is not.

I am excited to share that I am in the process of creating a nonprofit organization through Rustic Roots that will focus on hosting pop-up vendor markets and community events. My goal is to continue providing opportunities for local small businesses to grow while giving back to the communities that have supported us.

What makes this project especially meaningful is that 100% of the proceeds raised through these events will be donated to fire and disaster relief organizations that help individuals, families, & businesses rebuild after experiencing devastating losses. No one ever expects to face that kind of tragedy, and if my experience can inspire something that brings hope and assistance to others, then I believe something truly meaningful can come from it.

This organization is being built on the same values Rustic Roots was founded on community, supporting local businesses. I hope you'll join us as we begin this next chapter, whether as a vendor, volunteer, sponsor, or supporter.

There is still a lot of work ahead, but I am incredibly excited about what the future holds. I look forward to sharing more details with all of you as everything comes together.

Your support has meant more than words can express, and I hope you'll continue this journey with us as we work to create something that not only supports local businesses but also helps people & communities when they need it most.

We are heartbroken after the tragic fire that occurred last night at Rustic Roots Dansville.

First and foremost, we want to thank all of the firefighters and first responders who were on scene. Your quick response, bravery, and hard work do not go unnoticed, and I am incredibly grateful for everything you did.

This building was a part of our community’s history filled with moments, stories, and connections over the years. While the loss is devastating, we are beyond thankful that everyone is safe.

We truly appreciate the outpouring of support, messages, and kindness during this time. It means more than we can put into words.
