August is already here, and we have two terrific wines to taste this Saturday, 12-4:30PM !
Our first wine is Domaine Paul Buisse Touraine 2025, one of our favorite Sauvignon Blancs from France’s Loire Valley! With balanced acidity, fresh white floral aromas, and notes of peach citrus on the palate, this Sauv blanc is perfect for seafood!
Our second wine is the 2023 Fable Cabernet Sauvignon, a medium bodied red with great acidity and light, fine tannins on the finish. Bright cherry and milk chocolate combine with baking spices to create a complex yet lighter cabernet, perfect for late-summer grilling or porch sipping!

Join us this Saturday, 12-4:30 for two fruit-forward favorites!
Alverdi's 2024 Pinot Grigio from Terre d'Abruzzo in Central Italy is a classic expression of Pinot Grigio—light, refreshing citrus and floral notes and bright acidity make this an excellent summertime sipper. Great to pair with seafood and fresh garden vegetables!
For our second wine, we are opening a soft, fruity, rich Merlot. The first impression is deep fruits such as plum and blackcurrant, while great acidity and silky tannins create a balanced, complex Merlot that's sure to please. This is a perfect pair for a charcuterie board with sharp aged cheddar and spicy calabrese salami.

It's been a tough week with the extreme heat, humidity, and now Canadian smoke! Saturday should bring a little relief at least with the wines we're tasting. The 2025 Pine Ridge Chenin Blanc Viognier blend is the perfect blend of lemon lime acidity with softer honeysuckle notes providing the perfect refreshment on a summer day. The 2022 Kate Arnold Oregon Pinot Noir may be the perfect summer red, light bodied with balanced acidity and notes of cherry, raspberry, and Earl Grey Tea.

We're back after a fun and family filled 4th of July weekend. Tasting two lovely French wines this Saturday. From Alsace, the 2024 Wolfberger Pinot Blanc is bright with notes of almond and tea. And the 2024 Saint Cosme Cotes du Rhone is shining with spicy notes of sandalwood, violets, and black pepper. Join us!

We are excited to taste two fabulous coastal wines with you this Saturday, 12-4:30!
Our first wine is the 2024 Cos de la Roque Vent d'Ouest, a fruity, refreshing white from Gascogne in southwestern France. A blend of Colombard, Gros Manseng, & Ugni Blanc, this wine benefits from cooling breezes off the Atlantic, slowing ripening the grapes to increase complexity and acidity.
Our second wine is also a seaside delight—the 2023 Sea Sun Pinot Noir from the Wagner Family. With grapes grown in San Benito & Monterey, this wine reflects the terroir of the California Central Coast region with growing conditions influenced by the Pacific to produce a soft, elegant Pinot Noir that shows herbal aromas, red and black fruits on the palate, and a balancing brightness in its acidity.
