Finally Fall! These beautiful days call for beautiful w**es. From Italy, the Villa Torre Verdicchio does not disappoint. This medium bodied, creamy white w**e gives notes of fresh lemon, apple with a slightly salty finish. The Cult Cabernet Sauvignon from Lodi with hints of nutmeg, coffee, and raspberry is a perfect red for chilly nights watching your favorite Halloween movies or college football. We are here on Saturday and we're tasting three wonderful French w**es, a Bordeaux Blanc, a Chinon Rose, and a red blend. The race starts and ends at the intersection of Main and Memorial. Join us for a refreshing free tasting, this Saturday, 12-4:30 pm!
With sweltering summer heat still around, we find ourselves reaching for fresh, bright, and COLD rosés and whites. We are excited to share three w**es this weekend!
Our first w**e is the 2023 Nora Albariño. A classic, crisp white w**e hailing from the Rías Baixas region of northwestern Spain, the apple, lemon zest, and minerality of this Albariño is the ideal pairing for oysters, shellfish, late summer veggies, or an evening out on the porch!
Our second and third w**es are the 2024 and 2025 Mary Taylor Agenais Rosé. This unique Cabernet Sauvignon rosé, produced in southwestern France by Christophe Avi, is light bodied with fresh acidity, raspberry and white tea notes supported by a hint of tannins. We offer both vintages as an opportunity to explore how vintage and age truly do impact the experience of any w**e.

On this last weekend of August, we're not quite ready to give up on sunshine, long days, and cold summer w**es. The Opici white sangria from Spain hits all the right notes with hints of banana, pineapple, and peppermint. Enjoy this chilled on its own or add your favorite fresh fruit. School is in session! L’Ecole № 41 is a third-generation, family-owned w**ery located in the historic Frenchtown School depicted on our label. Founded in 1983 by Jean and Baker Ferguson as a retirement project, it was the third w**ery established in the Walla Walla Valley. Refreshing and richly textured, the expressive 2023 Semillon shows vibrant melon, Granny Smith apple, fresh fig, and fragrant acacia and chamomile. On the palate, it is supple and energetic, replete with Bosc pear and stone fruit flavors, persisting to a long, balanced finish. The 2022 Merlot exhibits fresh fruit-forward aromas of red plum, dark cherry, and spiced berries accented by savory notes of sage leaf, licorice, and cedar. On the palate, it’s full-bodied and juicy, offering flavors of black currant and cocoa powder that unfold with a touch of old-world intrigue. The finish is charming and inviting with well-balanced and lingering fine-grained tannins. Join us!

With most of the children back in school, young people headed off to college, and the rest of us steaming in the mid August heat, we are enjoying a chardonnay from one of our favorite Central Coast w**eries, The Fableist. Each of their w**es features beautiful artwork on the label that references one of Aesop's fables. See comments for more on Fable 163: The Bee and Jupiter. This refreshing white w**e offers notes of honeysuckle, pineapple and well balanced acidity. Next from Willamette Valley, we have the 2023 Montinore Red Cap Pinot Noir. Earthy, with aromas of cherry tomato, , and to***co, this w**e finishes with black raspberry, cocoa powder, and a touch of salinity. Join us this Saturday from noon to 4:30 for a taste!

August is already here, and we have two terrific w**es to taste this Saturday, 12-4:30PM !
Our first w**e is Domaine Paul Buisse Touraine 2025, one of our favorite Sauvignon Blancs from France’s Loire Valley! With balanced acidity, fresh white floral aromas, and notes of peach citrus on the palate, this Sauv blanc is perfect for seafood!
Our second w**e is the 2023 Fable Cabernet Sauvignon, a medium bodied red with great acidity and light, fine tannins on the finish. Bright cherry and milk chocolate combine with baking spices to create a complex yet lighter cabernet, perfect for late-summer grilling or porch sipping!
