Meet Chassidy! 👋

Chassidy joined Goodwill in 2021 because she wanted to be part of an organization with a purpose beyond just a job. As an HR Generalist, she says she’s come to appreciate working with people most.

Her role requires plenty of adaptability, but Chassidy says one of her greatest strengths is connecting with all kinds of folks. For her, HR is about listening, understanding different perspectives, and building authentic relationships. 💙

Her people-first mindset started early. At 15, Chassidy worked as a Country Cookin hostess, where she learned the values of patience and respect.

Her personal anthem is “Don’t Stop Believin’” by Journey. A fitting choice for someone who believes in the power of moving forward no matter what. 💪
