As we enter the first week of Autumn we want to highlight one of our favorite seasonal teas! Meet Old Dutch Church. It is named after the church in Sleepy Hollow, New York and heavily referenced in Irving’s classic The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. This delicious black tea is flavored with dried apple, orange, cinnamon, pumpkin and calendula and marigold petals.
Treat yourself to this tea hot or iced! Feeling festive? Ask us to turn it into a concoction with flavored syrups and frothed milk!

We have an Apple Pie made with Snap Apple Night, caramel apple butter, cinnamon and topped with crumbled cookie.
Up next is Spiced Apple Chai made with our Masala Chai, green apple syrup, ginger and cinnamon.
Last but not least, the Dutch Apple made with Old Dutch Church, caramel apple butter, brown butter toffee and cinnamon.

Soup is officially back starting tomorrow! This week’s soup will be the MUCH requested Lentil soup. Pairs wonderfully with our Gourmet Grilled Cheese (pepper jack, provolone, aged cheddar, smoked gruyere and pepper jelly) and the debut of our fall special, the Autumn Brie Grilled Cheese (pumpkin butter, fig & chili jam and brie).
