🏡 COMING SOON — Townsend, GA!

4334 Smith Rd SE
3 bedrooms • 2 bathrooms • 1,339 sq. ft. • 0.54 acre

We’re getting ready to put this home on the market! It has a 2-car garage, a nice-sized yard, and lots of potential. The home will need a new roof, and the price will reflect the work needed. (No leaks ever)

It will be officially listed with a Realtor soon. If you’re interested before it hits the market, send me a message and I’ll pass your contact information along to her to set up an appointment.

Feel free to share! 🏡
