Today was one of those days that I know I will never forget.

I want to say a heartfelt THANK YOU to every single person who walked through our doors today to celebrate two years of Nautical Treasures On Broad. The amount of love and support shown today truly touched my heart more than I can put into words. 🥹❤️

Being a small business owner is not always easy. There are long days, challenges, moments of doubt, and plenty of times when you wonder if all the hard work is really making a difference. But then you have a day like today, surrounded by so many wonderful people, and you remember exactly why you started.

When I opened Nautical Treasures two years ago, I dreamed of creating more than just a boutique and gift shop. I wanted it to be a place where people felt welcome, where I could support local artists and small makers, and where people could come in and feel like they were visiting a friend. And somehow, along the way, so many of my customers really did become my friends. ❤️

You’ve shared your lives with me — your happy moments, your hard days, your celebrations, your families, your stories, and everything in between. Some of you have walked through my doors so many times that seeing you feels like catching up with an old friend. Those relationships are something I never expected when I first opened the shop, and they have become one of the most precious parts of this journey.

Today, seeing friends from the very beginning, new friends we’ve made along the way, and so many familiar faces come through the door was incredibly emotional for me.

This little business has become such a big part of my heart. ❤️ Getting to serve this community, earn your trust, support our local artists, and have a place where people can connect means more to me than you will ever know.

To everyone who has shopped with me, shared a post, recommended Nautical Treasures to a friend, supported a local artist, taken a class, stopped by just to say hello, or simply cheered me on — thank you.

Today wasn’t just a celebration of two years in business. It was a celebration of the people who have made these two years possible. The customers, the artists and vendors. Thank you!

I am incredibly grateful, incredibly humbled, and so excited for what the next chapter brings. (If you know me, you know I always have something cooking). ❤️

We have a beautiful day out there!! Stop by Second Saturday - Downtown Darien, Georgia and stroll along the Darien River Waterfront Park & Docks afterwards! Enjoy all our little town has to offer! We are open 10am to 5pm with all kinds of unique one of a kind items! We also brought out a sneak peak of some Fall Clothing and of course, our summer clearance rack!! See you later!

🇺🇸 Remembering September 11, 2001 🇺🇸

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001.

We remember the thousands of innocent people who never made it home to their families. We remember the brave first responders, firefighters, police officers, military members, and everyday heroes who ran toward danger to help others.

We remember the families who were forever changed, and the communities that came together in the days that followed.

Twenty-five years later, we continue to honor their lives, their courage, and their sacrifice.

May we never forget the lives lost, the heroes who served, and the strength and compassion that brought our country together.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🇺🇸
