What else is there to say besides life has been ruff! 🐶 Buu most definitely agrees!
Between you and me, I reallly was leaning towards not doing shows anymore, and honestly considering not making stuff anymore either. I lost a two people who have made me who I am all within a year. People I never really considered being without, people I never thought I’d HAVE to be without.
But so is life. I met Vicki P. years ago as a customer/ rock collector. I just got back from a trip to Yellowstone and never been in there before. Flash forward I get to work for her! I remember Vicki calling me Tristen Troll in her phone for the years I’ve known her. (Cuz I started bringing her my crystal trolls) a year or so later she sent me the newspaper clippings about these massive trolls in Clinton, and said it was a sign haha. She always told me I’d end up doing what makes me happy.
Then I had to say goodbye. And for a while my world stopped.
Then Susan from the eclectic market (one of my favorite hosts and shows) invited me to do the Eclectic Market at the Bix 7 this last weekend, I was nervous but something in me told me to do it like it was once again a sign. It went shockingly well, and the people who stopped, the other vendors, and the atmosphere sent me home in tears- HAPPY ones though! It was the first show I’ve done since I lost my best friend. And all I could hear was her telling me to keep going. So the next day in 110 degree weather me and Brandon said screw it and went to Clinton to honor the trolls that Vicki told me about. And of course I had to take one of mine to meet them as well!
Anyways, thank you to those who are kind and show kindness as much as possible. The people who are shy and I’m shy but we are weird together and it’s like really cool lol. You guys make me wanna keep doing this, you genuinely make it worth it, so thank you all from me Brandon and Buu !
