About a week ago I went to visit my dad’s friends. It was so great to hear stories about my dad and it brought me so much joy. When I got home I sent a text and asked if we could visit again, but this time could I record the stories. They all said yes and yesterday I went back home to do just that.

My father and younger brother passed a way over 21 years ago and taking time out to reminisce about the two of them was so good for our hearts. I highly recommend that if you’re in an emotional place to this don’t wait. Make the time now❤️
