Well folks, we may have found a building. A 17,500 SF blank slate. SO MUCH ROOM FOR ACTIVITIES! ☄️🔫... Building will be ready for a tenant by March. As long as They negotiate on price, we WILL have a building!!! Stay tuned..

Side note, the HVAC units were new in 2020 and come tweeker free!!
