t cards for your convenience. For those of who have purchased a shirt from Gumbo Creations here are some simple directions on how to care for your shirts, jackets, pants and have several years of happy use:

Machine wash in cold water using mild detergent. Do not use bleach. We recommend turning the garment inside out so it does not rub on other items in the wash. Hang drying is the best method, but if you would like to use the dryer promptly remove the garment from the dryer after half drying on the lowest possible setting and then continue to dry via hanging. Do not overheat or apply a direct iron to the design area. If you have purchased a cup, water bottle or glass, please gently hand wash to insure the life of your cup. Items are not dishwasher safe. The last stitch is the one that got to me. This was the final stole in this season’s batch… pressed, folded, and ready to be worn in May.
Hours of work… one by one, stitch by stitch, thread by thread.
These won’t be worn yet but their moment is coming.
And just like that… another chapter quietly closes.
