Putting some feelers out there. Would anyone be interested in a rod with an engraved grip like this? Can do 10 or 12" rear grip. Final price would be on the $275-$325 range depending on blank and components.

I can also get other fish such as bass, speckled trout wahoos ECT.

Update- this is not in reference to a rod I built.

Small business question, if you sent a product to someone messed up. The customer told you they did not have trust you could fix the problem and wanted their money back.

Would you-
A- Try and come to a conclusion that you messed up take the blame and offer to fix it on your dime.
B- for messing up the order, fix the product and send them part of their money back to help your reputation, along with receipt of the money being sent back
C-send them the money back with a receipt for their records.
D- send them their package back and tell them it was within industry standards.

Most of you saw that the shirt order got messed up. Out of respect I have for a friend I'm not going to post the name of the company who printed those shirts. But feel free to message me and I will tell you who not to use.

With that being said I received the shirts and originally thought after opening the box that everything looked as it should, but upon inspection I found crooked logos, logos of the wrong size, logos not centered on the shirts, and logos too far down on the back. With finding that many issues I sent them all back and requested a full refund of my money. I was told that the shirts for within industry standards and they would only reprint a handful that they deemed "messed up".

I questioned them on the proof that was provided and asked why the shirts didn't match the proof. I was told the proof is a concept and your actual products may not match the proof once they are printed. I understand some give on that because it may not be 100% accurate, but what I got I don't view as matching the proof even closely.

So below you will find the screen shot of the provided proof and then some pictures of the shorts I received as "within industry standards."

The shirt on the hanger is a youth XL, the short on my daughter is an adult S for size reference.

I wanted to let everyone know, I have had to change vendors on this shirt order due to some issues that have come up. I am still working on getting all the shirts ordered and delivered to everyone but may take a bit more time.

Thank you for your understanding on this, I did not want to send out a shirt that did not meet my standards of quality.
