What does this mean right here in Kentucky?
👉 KY has zero state-level bans or registries for suppressors.
👉 Local towns/counties are legally blocked from making their own rules.
👉 There is a parallel lawsuit (Roberts v. ATF) fighting the exact same battle right here in the Eastern District of Kentucky!

While the federal government appeals the ruling and a temporary pause is sorted out, we are closer than ever to true over-the-counter suppressor sales with just a standard background check.
